“Luce Vuota” – Project Presentation
Have you ever felt lost, as if life were passing you by—foreign, suffocating, not truly your own?
As if every day were a cage, every breath an act of resistance?
“Luce Vuota” was born from that urgent need to escape a reality that stifles, tightens, and dims.
Sam, the protagonist, is trapped in a life that slowly crushes her. She struggles to keep her balance, but something breaks. A butterfly—fragile yet powerful—and two mysterious boys suddenly enter her world, dragging her into a realm of ancient magic, forgotten gods, and long-lingering curses.
With no rest, no certainty, Sam is marked by the curse of Luce Vuota. In the ruins of an unfamiliar world, she must learn how to survive, how to fight, how to choose.
How to rewrite herself.
The artworks accompanying the project are more than illustrations: they are visual fragments of Sam’s universe. Each frame, inspired by pagan imagery and symbolism, reveals something about the characters—their burdens, their power, their stories. The settings, colors, and compositions reflect the constant tension between light and darkness, fate and freedom.
“Luce Vuota” is a journey through the cracks of existence, where the fantastic becomes a mirror of pain—and rebirth.
